What Is A Propel Fellow?
Carefully selected. Intensively trained. Purposefully placed.
Propel Fellows are pre-health students from top universities who join our exclusive fellowship to work directly in healthcare environments — not just as observers, but as contributors. Fellows will receive the following:
A paid position with real responsibility in clinical care, operations or research
Over 100 hours of job-ready training in HIPAA, EHR systems, communication, and patient care
A guaranteed 12-24 month placement in a real healthcare system
Ongoing mentorship and academic and career
